Arthur has provided a wide range of management consulting services to businesses, non-profit organizations, and the public sector. With more than 18 years of experience, he truly understands the challenges facing businesses in today’s economy, having been a business owner and Chief Operating Officer for several years. Arthur is recognized for his expertise in strategy and management. His competencies include transformation, expansion, process improvement, internal controls, risk management, performance measurement, human resources and information management, program coordination and monitoring, internal audit, marketing, and graphic design.

Arthur graduated from the MBA program with highest distinction. He is a fervent advocate for health and fitness. He not only participated to several fitness competitions, but he is a fitness trainer, karate coach, and a certified scuba diver. He is fluent in English and has limited proficiency in Polish.
