Jocelyne is the President and Chief Executive Officer of JFL International Inc. She is a retired partner of KPMG Canada, one of the world’s largest professional services firms, where she led the Compliance Services and the International Inc. Development Assistance Services of their Ottawa office. With more than 35 years of experience, she has provided audit and management consulting services to government departments and agencies, United Nations agencies, businesses, and non-profit organizations around the world. As an executive coach, Jocelyne builds leaders’ capability to achieve their organizational goals. Her coaching approach is based on proven methods, tools, and techniques that bring results. She is the author of the inspiring books, Hello, Marvelous You andUnleash Your Power, and one of the co-authors of the book The Soul of Success. She is also the author of twelve business management courses. Throughout her career, Jocelyne has actively championed for the empowerment of women, the protection of children, and education. She is a former President of the Quebec Business Women Network, Outaouais region and Vice-President of Femmes d’affaires sans frontières. Her investment in youth has been wide-ranging, from being a volunteer with Youth Action, to her role as a Board Member of Kids Connection Haiti (Canadian branch) and Save the Children Canada. She is a former member of Save the Children Canada's Finance and Audit Committee. While working at KPMG, she has taught accounting and financial management at the Université du Québec à Gatineau, Algonquin College and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Ottawa. She has also published several articles in relation to business management. Jocelyne is the founder of the JFL Foundation, which advances the lives of underprivileged people around the world through education and entrepreneurship. She is also a Board Member of Care Canada. She defends human rights through the JFL Peace Movement. She is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her significant contribution to the community in Canada and abroad. She is fluent in both English and French. |
